Production Molding Coordinator

**About the Role**
**We are looking for a results-driven Production**Molding Coordinator** to lead one of the most critical production areas in our plant. This role has the primary responsability to oversees the production of**22 injection molding machines**, supervise and small**mold maintenance department**, and the**process engineering team**, ensuring operational excellence, quality compliance, and readiness for new project launches.**
**You will play a strategic role in meeting production targets, driving continuous improvement, and developing technical teams to achieve world-class performance.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise daily operations in the production molding area, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, cost and motivation targets are met.
- Lead mold maintenance planning and coordinate preventive/corrective actions.
- Oversee process engineering activities, parameter optimization, and troubleshooting.
