**Production Manager Weld**
The Production Manager is responsible for working cross functionally to develop the process strategy for their affected business units within the production facility by utilizing the appropriate resources to achieve company goals and world class manufacturing operations.

- Helping supervisors understand the collective labor agreement (posting overtime, overtime canvasing, etc.)

- Arrange supervisor support for assigned area during all times of operation.
