Production Manager

Salt is seeking a 'Production Manager' to oversee studio operations, coordinate resources, and drive process improvements to ensure efficient and scalable production workflows. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of creative solutions with external clients at our internal studios. This client-facing role focuses on coordinating resources (in-house and flex), managing studio slot bookings, and developing efficient processes to maximize creative output and impact.
