The Role
As Production Manager, you will be responsible for all activities related to production planning and execution. You will ensure effective coordination between the various functions involved (engineering, projects, procurement, shop floor), while ensuring that quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
You will also play a key role in mentoring project managers and optimizing work methods to support sustainable industrial performance.
Your responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate production activities based on available resources and deadlines;
- Develop budget projections and ensure rigorous monitoring of production costs;
- Monitor the overall performance of the production line (quality, deadlines, profitability) and propose areas for improvement;
