Production Manager (Quality Control) Hybrid Scheme

**General Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with Product Development, Design, Merchandising, Planning and Quality teams to plan seasonal vendor allocation. Responsible for providing seasonal post-mortem analysis report of vendor bulk production performance to help guide and provide insight that will support Product team for future allocation decisions.
- Work with Senior Product Development Manager on allocation of bulk orders to appropriate suppliers through consideration of capability, workmanship, and costing.
- Ensure production runs smoothly, efficiently, and meets quality and performance standards.
- Responsible for troubleshooting issues that arise during production to delivery only first quality goods to our customers
- Build and enforce compliance standards in accordance with company’s QC manual as well as industry policies and best practices
