What will you be doing?
- This role leads and supervises daily production operations, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality products in line with manufacturing processes. It involves setting goals, monitoring performance, coaching employees, and maintaining strong communication between management and the production team to ensure policies, expectations, and standards are clearly understood and followed.
- The role also ensures smooth production flow by managing manpower and resources, monitoring attendance and discipline, coordinating raw materials, and maintaining accurate production records and KPIs. It includes ensuring proper data entry and timely transactions in systems such as SAP and MES, as well as compiling and analyzing production performance data to support operational decisions.
