Production Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

• 1.1 Set departmental objectives for rejection reduction, productivity improvement, and machine utilization in alignment with Manufacturing Manager's goals.
• 1.2 Approve production schedules in coordination with Planner to meet customer delivery requirements.
• 1.3 Establish and track departmental quality objectives with action plans.
• 1.4 Lead process stabilization initiatives in collaboration with Quality & Engineering departments.
• 1.5 Establish and maintain Production Risk Assessment evaluations.
• 1.6 Make final decisions on abnormal production situations and authorize corrective actions.
• 1.7 Enforce 5S standards and safety compliance across the production floor.
• 1.8 Coordinate with Maintenance department on preventive maintenance planning and schedules.
• 1.9 Identify training needs for production staff and approve training plans.
