Supervises production operations and processes across multiple business units. Ensures that plans and production schedules are executed. Recognizes and solves problems affecting production. Coordinates efforts and services with other functional areas.

• Coordinates work activity, providing technical assistance and ensures proper resource coverage to support day-to-day operations in both the first and second shift.
• Supervises exempt level supervisors, engineers, and technicians.
• Responsible for the whole site in the second shift (around 350 employees).
• Manages the utilization of equipment, facilities, and personnel to obtain maximum efficiency and meet operational performance objectives.
