We are looking for a full-time Production Manager who will oversee our fulfillment activities for our RTE brand: Factor (factormeals.ca), a healthy, ready-to-heat meal delivery service. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Production, you will lead a team in achieving safety, quality, plan adherence, on-time delivery, and efficiency targets for completing weekly fulfillment of customer orders. As part of our Production team, you will play a key role in delivering a consistently outstanding product to our customers while rapidly scaling this new business.
