MAJOR FUNCTION
Ensuring that company operates a safe work environment and specifies safe manufacturing practices.
Leading and managing the production function to ensure that all manufacturing activities are performed to the appropriate process specifications, quality plan requirements, and test process specifications.
Ensuring that product quality standards are achieved and that production employees are trained and certified for the skills required performing their function.
Ensuring hourly and daily production targets are achieved to meet on time delivery requirements to customer request dates.
Maintain capacity to ensure that capacity does not constrain production while concurrently enhancing capital equipment returns on investment goals and direct labor productivity goals.
