Safran Landing Systems (Safran Systèmes d'Atterrissage) is the global leader in landing and braking systems for aircraft. The Mirabel plant is dedicated to manufacturing major landing gear components for Airbus A320, A330 and A350 models, and the Boeing 787. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art machining, polishing and special-process technology, including heat treatment, shot peening and surface treatments.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Delegate tasks and decisions to the team according to their capabilities to foster engagement and autonomy.
• Guide and assist the team in solving problems and making decisions simply and effectively.
• Ensure execution of the production plan to meet delivery commitments.
• Identify and anticipate problematic situations and obtain support from subject‑matter resources (maintenance, quality, HR, etc.) to resolve them.
