About the Role

We are partnering with a leading global manufacturer of high-quality building materials and construction solutions. We are currently seeking a dynamic, results‑driven Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations in Malaysia (based in Johor).

Responsibilities

• Production Planning: Execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to meet customer demand while optimizing machine utilization and capacity, coordinating with supply chain to ensure material availability and managing priorities based on sales requirements.
• Resource Allocation & Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop supervisors, team leaders, operators, plan manpower requirements, manage discipline, attendance, and drive employee engagement.
