Production Manager | Electronics

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to ensure compliance with the manufacturing schedule.


• Drive performance in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, and Cost (SQDCP) metrics.


• Effectively manage production personnel, equipment, and material resources.


• Oversee SMT, manual insertion, final assembly, inspection, and functional testing processes.


• Ensure compliance with manufacturing, quality, and safety procedures.


• Coordinate with Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Warehouse departments to meet customer delivery commitments.


• Monitor and continuously improve production line efficiency and productivity.


• Implement initiatives to reduce scrap, rework, downtime, and operational costs.


• Lead daily production meetings and KPI review sessions.


• Develop, coach, and train supervisors and operational leaders.
