Five Corners Meat Co. is part of Donald's Fine Foods, a family owned specialty meat processing group operating six facilities across Western Canada. We're looking for a Production Manager to lead day to day operations at our Edmonton facility.
About the role
Reporting to the Plant Manager, you'll own execution of production planning, line efficiency, yield management, labour deployment, and workforce development for a unionized plant team. You'll ensure production meets customer service, quality, food safety, and cost targets while keeping the floor safe and compliant.
