Job SummaryThe Production Manager will be based in Flex North, reporting to the Sr.Director of Operations.The role coordinates manufacturing operations including assembly, testing, and quality to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.ResponsibilitiesSupport new product design and production/process improvements.Orchestrate high mix low volume repair operations.Collaborate on feasibility, cost, and customer demand.Manage budgets and forecast costs.Support strategic planning and annual operating plan (AOP).
