Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to meet delivery timelines
- Develop and manage production schedules based on customer orders and priorities
- Supervise tailors, pattern makers, cutters, embroiderers, and production staff
- Ensure garments meet the company’s quality standards before delivery
- Coordinate with the Design, Sales, and Procurement teams to ensure material availability
- Monitor production costs, minimize wastage, and improve productivity
- Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workplace regulations
- Prepare daily and weekly production reports for the Operation Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Fashion, Apparel Manufacturing, Production Management, or a related field
