**Job Purpose**
Oversee the production/manufacturing related activities to achieve production schedules on time in a fast-growing environment.
**Job detail**:
- Reporting on the production status and any production issues to upper management
- Monitor the volume and quality of outputs and adjust tasks, timing, equipment setup, or inputs so that production specifications are met and resources are used efficiently.
- Define manufacturing improvement goals and supporting programs to reduce setup, improve efficiency and quality, reduce manufacturing cycle time, lower conversion costs, minimize machine downtime and achieve on time delivery.
- Adjust plans as necessary to accommodate changes in demand, communicating updates to all relevant parties and ensure material supplies able to meet the changes

- Bachelor degree completed
- Fully bilingual (English-Spanish)
- 8 years of experience in electronic companies, SMT PCBA Process
