Responsibilities
- Facilitate and lead strategic initiatives for new developments
- Experience in customer specific requirements - Globally
- Provide management and guidance to multi-functional project teams globally
- Provide and assist the Research and development group establish timeliness
- Provide full accountability for project schedules, project management and performance requirements for enterprise level projects
- Experience leading work groups in areas such as materials (customer service)
- Basic Engineering knowledge of new product design development and/or quality in the automotive industry
- Strong customer service skills and ability to provide accurate and forthcoming information to customers
- Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with IATF 16949/ISO14001 standard and manufacturing tools; APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA and SPC
