Your responsibilities
- Strategic management: End-to-end development and operational implementation of the global value stream strategy from order receipt to delivery to the customer.
- Profitability: Full responsibility for the budget, manufacturing costs and the overall economic result (P&L) of the value stream.
- Holistic leadership: Disciplinary and professional management of the cross-functional areas of production, assembly, work preparation, purchasing, customer service and process engineering.
- Operational excellence: Ensuring and optimizing core KPIs with a clear focus on on-time delivery (OTD), product quality and maximum plant availability.
- Global coordination: Long-term capacity and investment planning for all worldwide production sites, as well as ensuring close, cross-functional cooperation.
