Position: Full Time | Permanent | Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm
Perfect Personnel is a recruitment agency acting on behalf of our client, an established and growing business in the food manufacturing and logistics sector. Our client is launching a new produce processing and food repacking division and is looking to appoint an experienced Production Manager to lead and develop the operation from the ground up.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on, commercially minded leader who is passionate about food safety, operational excellence and building high‑performing teams. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will take ownership of the production operation, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
