**Job Title:** Production Line Lead
**Location: Mechanicsburg, PA**
**Pay Range:$ 22.35/hr**
**Shift:** 2nd Shift - Mon- Fri 2:30pm - 10:30pm
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Line Lead to join their team. As a Production Line Lead, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

+ Read and understand Bills of Materials to ensure accurate production processes
+ Explain work instructions clearly to production line operators to maintain efficiency
+ Maintain a safe working environment by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
+ Use computer systems to scan materials, manage line workers, and print license plates within an SAP environment
