Production Leader - Global Plant Ops & Safety

Colgate-Palmolive invites applications for a Production Supervisor at our Cali, Valle del Cauca plant. You will be the heartbeat of the Focus Factory floor, owning the daily production schedule and driving world‑class finished goods through safety, quality and lean manufacturing practices.

You will lead a diverse frontline team, deploy Autonomous Maintenance, supervise cycles and inventories with SAP, and partner with planners to meet market demand.
