This role is a second-line supervisor responsible for coordinating the work in a manufacturing department, ensuring efficient operations and compliance.The ideal candidate will have significant leadership experience in Lean Manufacturing and at least 6 years of relevant experience.
A High School Diploma or GED is required, with a preference for an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree.
