Location: Faisalabad, Pakistan Working timelines: Job Timings: 10.00 am to 6.30 pm Monday to Saturday Outsource Production Lead’s primary role is to ensure On-Time In-Full delivery of all open production and sample orders placed at the outsource factories. Key responsibilities include: Ensuring strict adherence to T&A and established SOPs
Maintaining daily visibility on production & development status, validated by the In-house Quality Assurance Team
Monitoring capacity, materials, manpower, and machine readiness to safeguard timelines Conducting structured weekly visits to knitting, dyeing, laundry, and embellishment units Identifying risks proactively with zero tolerance for surprises Building strong working relationships with OS factories for smooth execution Ensuring timely escalation where standards or timelines are at risk
