- Responsible for controlling manpower station wise / Change station skill wise
- Maintain Resources Jigs/ Fixture/Machine
- Station wise rework and rejection monitoring
- Input v/s output result
- Training to operator and team leader
- Prod. Plan V/s Actual for responsible area
- Rejection and rework Std/ V/S Actual
- No. of times line stop because of WIP shortage
- Move manpower from one station to another area after 4M document fill.
