Ensures on time, qualitative and quantitative production and delivery of products to the customer at an adequate cost, including responsibility for new product launch activities, as well as serial production, process engineering and CBS coordinator.
Responsibilities
Ensuring timely production and testing of customer‐specific products at the right quality and cost
Planning and control of costs against budget
Planning and control of resources (equipment, personnel and material)
Leading and managing change (organization, processes)
Ensures deliveries according to production tickets by optimizing product delivery
Management of Lean Manufacturing tools: TPM, 5s, Kanban, SMED, etc.
Coordinate in plant process improvement in accordance with established strategies
Coordinate the optimization of process specifications
Ensures the quality of processes and products to meet internal and customer objectives
