As a Production Group Leader, you will lead and support a team of hourly employees to meet production goals while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
You will play a key role in developing high-performing teams, driving continuous improvement, and supporting manufacturing launches and pilot activities.
Your leadership will be essential in fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence.
**Responsibilities**
- Effectively manage personnel, materials, and equipment to meet production schedules and quality standards.
- Train, develop, and evaluate hourly team members to ensure optimal performance and growth.
- Lead Global Manufacturing Systems (GMS) processes and support launch and pilot activities.
- Promote and enforce safe work practices, ergonomics, health, and housekeeping standards.
- Administer and uphold the National and Local Agreements with the United Auto Workers Union.
