Production General Manager

The Production General Manager is in charge of four arreas: production, warehouse, maintenance and safety.
Is responsible for optimizing the company's productive resources to obtain a progressive growth in productivity while respecting quality specifications and safety matters.
To ensure the proper running of warehouse and the production lines, solving problems related the machinery, equipment, tools and personnel.
Main activities are:
- Monitor monthly KPI's (Main Plant Indicators) according to the Management Review.
- Decide countermeasures for the improvement of indicators.
- Participate in the preparation of the annual budget.
- Control and manage the company's resources to comply with the budget and financial
results.
- Ensure and promote the focus on customer satisfaction.
- Inform to the Quality Department about the performance of the quality system and the
opportunities for improvement detected.
