Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and team members
• Prepare and mix paints and coatings according to formulations
• Perform independent color corrections and adjustments using software‑based systems
• Ensure product quality meets internal and customer requirements
• Troubleshoot and optimize production batches
• Guide and support production workers and helpers
• Maintain accurate production and batch documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
