Production Floor Associate

Roles and Responsibilities: Make production plan as per demand plan on a weekly and daily basis. Create and raise needed ingredients request for fulfilling production to the sourcing team. Create and check checklists related to floor maintenance, hygiene and machinery maintenance. Ensure availability of handlers on floor by planning and raising request to production admin in-charge. Maintain records of production input, output, wastage and WIP on daily, weekly and monthly basis. Ensure production processes, as established by the R&D team, are followed meticulously. Ensure GMP(Good Manufacturing Practices) and GHP(Good Hygiene Practices) are being followed on the production floor. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, etc., to streamline production processes. Schedule and lead training sessions with manpower to maximise efficiency.
