Production Estimator / Repair Planner (A-to-Z Role)

Location: Vancouver – 24HR Collision

24HR Collision is looking for a hands-on Production Estimator / Repair Planner who takes full ownership of repairs from start to finish.

This is not a desk-only estimating role. You will own your cars through the shop and be responsible for flow, parts, quality control, and delivery readiness.

Responsibilities:

Write ICBC estimates and supplements

Order your own parts and follow up on parts

Dispatch vehicles to technicians and manage repair flow

Perform quality control checks before paint and before delivery

Re-inspect vehicles and ensure repairs meet standards

Update the management system with accurate statuses

Communicate with technicians, parts, and front office

Help move vehicles as needed to keep production flowing

Own cycle time, quality, and on-time delivery for your jobs
