Production Engineering Manager

Responsible to lead, organize and direct the Manufacturing/Production Engineering Department in planning, configuration management, change control, implementation of best practices, and improvement of manufacturing technologies to achieve productivity and ensure that all transitions are completed in time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. Set and achieve team goals, conduct efficient team meetings, and effective problem solving.
• Drive department training requirements and standard practices.
