Production engineering engineer controls

Responsibilities Lead efforts to troubleshoot, improve and optimize existing and new manufacturing control systems and equipment across the production floor. Manage the integration of manufacturing equipment into a machining lines Perform equipment and/or process qualifications and validations (including risk assessments). Conduct root cause analyses and provide resolution of equipment issues. Manage projects (including capital expenditures) to schedule and within budget. Perform all necessary functions from the purchasing, installation, validation and commissioning of new equipment. Responsible for compliance of manufacturing equipment/processes and documentation. Document new and existing procedures as they relate to the manufacturing process.
