Role OverviewAs a Production Engineer, you will provide strong technical support to ensure full achievement of the production plan, maintain a zero accident environment, uphold 5S standards, and drive continuous improvements in productivity and cost efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and repair production defectsPrepare 8D reports for accidents or non-conformitiesSet up, monitor, and maintain test equipment and testersReview, create, and update flow charts, SOP/SIP documentationControl machine parameters to meet daily targets and standardsTrain operators on procedures and quality requirementsMonitor defect metrics and implement corrective actionsParticipate in Kaizen activities and improvement projectsSupport manager and supervisor instructions when requiredRequirementsBachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or related fieldStrong foundation in electronics and troubleshootingGood command of English (Chinese or Japanese is a strong plus)No prior work experience requiredStrong...
