Role Responsibilities:
Continuously develop productivity improvement and lower labor input while maintaining labor effectiveness.
Monitor and master-listing the calibration of the measure/testing equipment/tools in Production.
Suggest corrective measures & improve quality defects related to workmanship issues.
Develop good work practice in employees and processes to achieve product quality without sacrificing output eg. Meeting daily target & Weekly production plan.
Manage team of 60 line leaders and operators
Conduct classroom training on specific jobs application to shop floor workers.
Lead Production department in achieving
inhouse operation system (Cx), ISO & EH&S requirements.
Work with leaders to prepare sufficient skill competent workers for line operations and maintain good line balancing (Work with Manufacturing & Quality side for wo...
