The position is responsible for the monitoring and execution of cost‑effective programs in the production of poultry products from the following operations:
- Basic Poultry Processing
- Further Processing (including RTE)
- Blast Freezing Operations
- Warehousing Operations
- Rendering Operations
- Ice Plant Operations
The incumbent coordinates and controls production to ensure goods and services are produced efficiently, that the correct volume and amount are produced at the right cost, and that quality standards are maintained.
