Including monitoring, Analyzing, maintaining and continuous improvement. Operation control and maintenance of the automated painting machine to ensure that the best performance and reduce the machine downtime.


My day at EssilorLuxottica

  • Responsible for the Painting process of the painting department.

  • Machine set-up, trial and finetune the best condition for production of Painting line.

  • Preparation of the SOP, WI, Check sheet, Form record and other document.

  • Provide the manual for Painting machine check sheet, Preventive maintenance.

  • Responsible for the painting process, quality documentation and relevant training.
