Job Summary: As a Production Engineer – MOCVD, you will support manufacturing of advanced III‑V semiconductor laser structures used in cutting‑edge photonics technologies. This hands‑on engineering role focuses on MOCVD production, process monitoring, semiconductor material characterization, and data‑driven process improvement. Working closely with operations, process engineering, and R&D teams, you will help plan and prepare epitaxial growth processes, analyze production and characterization data, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, and drive improvements in quality, productivity, and process performance across our semiconductor fabrication environment.
