About the job

An important part of your role as a Production Worker involves making special custom-made crates for customers. To do this, you read technical drawings and translate them into concrete tasks on the shop floor. Based on these, you perform various technical operations, making your work varied and challenging. Additionally, together with your team, you ensure that everything runs smoothly and that products are ready for shipment on time. You set up machines and respond quickly when a malfunction occurs. You also check the quality of the products and keep your workplace clean and tidy. Together with your colleagues, you work purposefully to meet the production schedule.
