Responsibilities Achieve annual objectives for safety, quality, delivery, and cost of the assigned value stream.
Drive lean manufacturing transformation through education of self and direct reports, kaizen concepts and activities, visual management tools, and root cause problem solving.
Create a positive work environment by engaging employees in continuous improvement of safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Manage administrative and operative employees including supervisors, team leaders, engineers, maintenance, quality, procurement, and planning.
