Production data analyst (Guadalajara)

Requirements

Experience: 4+ years of hands‑on experience leading data conversion workstreams, including data analysis, transformation, validation, and production deployment across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Workday Certification (Data Conversion) or ability to obtain certification.
• Proficiency with ETL concepts and tooling, including SQL/My SQL, XML, Excel, and related data manipulation technologies.
• Hands‑on experience with Workday data conversion tools (e.g., i Load, EIB, Advanced Load).
• Strong understanding of the end‑to‑end implementation lifecycle:
  • Data requirements definition
  • Data extraction and transformation
  • Data loading and reconciliation
  • Cutover and move to production
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional and cross‑organizational stakeholders to resolve data quality and conversion issues.
