About the Project
We're producing an exciting unscripted series centered around the world of hockey. We're looking for a sharp, organized Production Coordinator to join our team and help keep everything moving from pre‑production through wrap.
This is a paid contract role running from June 29 through early October 2026, with the possibility of extension.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating production logistics including gear, travel, and scheduling
- Supporting vendor outreach and booking
- Managing day‑to‑day communications across the production team
- Maintaining organized records, call sheets, and production documents
- Providing on‑set support during filming days
- General in‑office coordination between shoot days
