We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Production Coordinator to support our manufacturing operations by collecting, processing, and analyzing production data. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate production reporting, performance tracking, scheduling support, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across the production environment. This position is graded at a PE09 level and reports to the Unit Manager.
Key Responsibilities: Collect, validate, and analyse production data from various systems and reports. Compile and track daily, weekly, and monthly production KPIs. Develop KPI reports, dashboards, and trend analyses. Reconcile production inputs and outputs with Finance, Warehouse, and Stores data. Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives using 5-Why and Operational Excellence methodologies. Ensure the accuracy of LMS and Qlik View production data.
