What You’ll Do
- Receive and clarify customer order instructions from the Coordinator
- Update CRM quote with final order details (PO no./delivery date/delivery address) and convert quote
- Make necessary amendments in Sage to correct SO and PO(s) for clothing orders and other anomalies after conversion
- Send Order Acknowledgement to customers for checking
- Send Purchase order to Supplier(s) along with artwork if available at the time of order ...
