Production Coordinator (Las Ánimas)

SUMMARY
The Production Coordinator owns the process of coordinating activities related to production scheduling, resource allocation, workflow optimization, and material availability to ensure correct production operations.
This position requires the ability to manage production timelines, manage labor loading and capacity planning, collaborate with other departments and optimize manufacturing processes.
The role involves working with production schedules, production plans, and performance metrics, requiring proactive problem solving and decision making skills.
Additionally the Production Coordinator verifies materials, DL resources and production orders are aligned to maximize efficiency and reduce downtime, interacting with other departments as: finance, engineering, quality, maintenance and top management.
The role includes follow up KPIs, analyzing production constraints and supporting lean manufacturing improvement initiatives.
