We are looking for a Production Chief to join our team.
Based in Cariacica, Brazil, reporting to the Operations Manager, will be responsible for coordinate and control the activities carried out in the various production phases, organizing and guiding the activities performed by the team, to ensure the achievement of pre-established productivity and quality levels. Responsible for production planning and control, allocation of resources, inputs, raw materials and labor dimension.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and supervise production activities, within established specifications and quality standards, aiming to ensure compliance with the company's objectives.
- Supervise the preparation of the annual production target plan, aiming to optimize available production resources.
