About the role:
As a casual Production Assistant within our Translations Service team, you will focus on providing essential videography, photography, and video editing services. You will have shared responsibility for delivering high-standard Auslan content, ensuring video accessibility, and maintaining smooth production workflows
Main responsibilities of the role include:
- Set up and operate high-quality camera, lighting, and audio equipment to capture Auslan presenters, signers, and supplementary b-roll footage.
- Cut and arrange footage, add graphics, titles, text overlays, and colour grades while ensuring captions and audio formatting meet strict accessibility requirements
- Manage on-set logistics (preparation, set up, and pack down) and ensure all production equipment is meticulously maintained
