Key Responsibilities

• Support the Catering Coordinator in the planning, coordination, and supervision of catering operations.
  
• Coordinate the receipt, distribution, and replenishment of food, beverages, catering supplies, and related materials.
  
• Monitor catering vendors and verify compliance with agreed schedules, service levels, and contractual requirements.
