Production and Purchasing Coordinator

The Production and Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of packaging orders, from material procurement through outsourced processing to final production and shipment.

This role acts as the central control point for packaging operations – balancing customer demand with production capacity, material availability, vendor timelines, and physical space constraints within the plant.

The position requires a hands‑on, accountable individual who can operate in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment, make decisions, and bring structure and clarity to a complex workflow.

The objective of the role is to bring control, visibility, and consistency to packaging operations by effectively managing order flow, materials, and scheduling – supporting both on‑time delivery and sustainable growth.
