Production and Lean Manufacturing Manager (Andoáin)

Job Description Summary

Production and Lean Manufacturing Manager responsible for establishing a customer‑based improvement strategy that drives safety, customer responsiveness, lead time reduction, quality improvement, and cost reductions. The role oversees project execution of all jobs at the site and field services at customer sites, implements and manages Lean methodologies to continuously improve processes, reduce waste, and increase productivity.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide total shop leadership with respect to EHS, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity and Compliance.
• Lead the implementation of Lean methodologies to optimize production processes.
• Manage inventory to optimize cash flow while ensuring adequate quantities to support execution through leadership of warehousing and logistic activities.
• Ensure clear communication of key customer/business priorities to employees.
